Things like towels are just not a priority to me. They do make the game look sharp, no doubt.

I'd be upset if IAn and company were touting these things without talking about gameplay issues. I really believe they are focusing on both.

Good post. I hope that EA updates their entire equipment/apparel in the game. I really want team/secondary colored cleats.


Cardinal players do wear Cardinal Red/Black/White gloves. Like Laboy!





I almost forgot in last gen Madden we had team colored cleat tape too...

I pointed out everything but the chain gang and refs in the original screen post and Ian took notice of the things I said, Laboy missing a visor Bryan Robinson wrong facemask, btw in that screen he is wearing this facemask.



Now you pointing out the extra bar on the bottom of the facemask, that facemask is not actually in the game, but in the game we do have the half cage which just has the one bar down there as seen here.



A lot of Olinemen also have the extra bar at the bottom on full cage masks as seen differently here.






I don't expect to see flozell or bryan robinsons actual facemasks to be added to the game anytime soon, and it actually doesn't bother me.

I think the only thing you have hit on here is the ref's and chain gang which I mean honestly probably shouldn't be a big deal to change but hey I dunno.

Now, things I would like to see different in the screen shot.

Colored cleats

Smaller AB wristband (that thing has been giant and so high up on the forearm since 06)

Loose sleeves as an option (they don't have to be animated but im sure guillotine would love it)


I'm pretty sure they are going player by player at some point in development and finally getting all their equipment right so I'll let the wrong stuff on all the other players slide but for some reason right now they have all the players wearing adams helmets and for some reason in the game the adams helmets don't have their holes on top for some reason.



That always bugged me for some reason.

There's less than 10 players in the league that wear this helmet now and I would love to see it removed in favor of these helmets.
