For me it was the ability to see players retire at different points in their careers. It's nice to have a guy like Seau or Marvin who play 3-5 more years into my career but then it's nice (and extremely frustrating) to have my star players retire at a younger age because they're unhappy with the team or management, etc.

I'm sick of seeing "Peyton Manning has decided to retire at age 36, after 14 years in the NFL."

If I had to vote, Madden would be Head Coach 09 with the ability to play the games. Of course, with all the improvements that Ian have made to M10.
