For Madden, all depends on if it's a quality game with much less flaws than recent versions.

For NCAA, might rent it depending on if I'm bored in the summer or if Madden's pre-made rookies aren't realistic, but don't see why they would be any worse than NCAA's.

I've only played NCAA a couple times, it looks like it's shaping up good though from what I've read.

Probably Madden only though

I'll wait and get ncaa used because i can already see that they didn't put much work into it. Madden is killing them.
