Actually, that's not what that does.

Exposure 2 allows you to mess with 'exposure' settings as if it were actual film. It's rather complex and it's actually fun to have, just wish I could manipulate the settings so it would look right for the covers.

I have two separate programs that I use for 'blowing up' photos and they work rather well. However, the smaller the image, the less you can increase the size.

again though, seriously, there are some damn good designers on this thread... really impressed with the covers I've seen.
