I love the idea! I agree with what alot of you are saying, in that physical attributes shouldn't be altered. I think team chemistry is an extremely underrated aspect to a team’s success, (i.e. Dallas Cowboys) and this would be a great way to account for getting character guys.

SHUCKS!! That looked AWESOME with all the different player roles!! Probably the only time Ill say I wish I bought that version for PS2 instead of 360...(I hope)...

I really don't understand EA/Madden. You put something in a game as good as this for one year and then take it out. Why?
