Welcome to Os bro. I am pretty sure those option of hiring and firing coaching staff is still in there. It was in 09. I wouldn't see any reason why they would take that out. It wouldn't make no since.

I would say yes , for what we know now at the end of every season you can hire/fire coaches but well know soon if you can do it before your franchise season starts.

Please take a look at what has been shown of Franchise Mode and tell me you think they added ANYTHING like that.

No, I don't think we'll be able to fire a coach during the season. We've seen no evidence of this and I doubt the feature was even thought of. Nice idea though.
