Honestly i thought the same thing too, but he's on house arrest and 10 years probation and the victims family got financial compensation and agreed to the terms. I mean if they're cool with it, then as bad as it is you can't disagree with it that much. Also the fact he was up front about his mistake as absolutely stupid as it was, while Vick tried to hide it and lied to police and everybody until the evidence was overwhelmingly against him.
