Imo Vick should be higher than Vince.

Regardless if he hasn't played in a couple years, he would still be the fastest and quickest quarterback in the league. His awareness should probably be pretty low, considering he hasn't played in a couple years, but that shouldn't change his throwing power, speed, ect. I think a rating in the mid 70's would be fitting for Vick, just based of his ability to change a game with his playmaking ability, and still being a threat with his legs and arm.

he was rated like 96 THP back in the heyday.

And he has a cannon.
