Since the game is showing as in stock at Best Buy, is there any way to convince them to sell it? To me, it's a question of false advertising if they don't sell it.

If you click on the game and do a location search, it will indicate it is available and in stock. To me, that is an indication that it is available and ready to purchase.

Try buying it online, print the paper showing it in stock and go up there and demand it. Maybe if you complain loud enough, they would give it to you to make you quiet.
