Yeah you're right. This fat man has the best winning percentage of any coach in the NFL's history, and one of the most unique announcers in history, and a Hall of Famer. Sure he has some quips that are just dumb, but he can explain the game to a 5 year old. And if the product sells well, why change the name? Terrible marketing strategy.

And really, Madden hasn't been looking over their shoulders the entire time. He didn't give the thumbs up for Create a Fan (sorry Phil ).
