Normal speed works a bit faster than the slow speed, but it's slower than last years fast speed.

Does it look and play better (Gameplay wise) than the demos?

The best part is that you don't get "sucked" into tackles anymore. If you throw a slant and your WR is going towards the MLB playing a zone, he just doesn't suck into the LB for a tackle. They give you a chance to cut up field or make a football move, which is awesome since real WRs do the same thing and they don't get sucked in in real life.

I'm playing on Normal right now, which is much better than slow, IMO.
