Question for you regarding that first video:

As the Falcons RB was heading into the end zone, the Cowboys DB is poised to make the tackle at the 15 yard line and then abruptly turns and heads upfield in a WTF? moment. I see where the blue circle comes under the DB just before he makes the turn. Was that you or a human controlling the DB and just make a mistake or elected not to tackle him, or did the CPU just make a colossal mistake, which would be troubling.

Don't put that much effort into it. Just play a single player game (no need to move defenders out of the way) and let the play last like 10 seconds, and it should cut off. In the demo, instant replays seem to only show the last 5 or 6 seconds of the play.
