Dolphins black shoes??

Did the Dolphins switch to black shoes this year?? many players wore a combination of white/blck in preseason game against Jags...there was nothing announced previously...one year in advance required for any uniform changes

They don't have to tell the NFL if they're wearing a different color cleat. The Pack did it last year and the Ravens before that. Were did you read that they have to tell the NFL what they are wearing?

Any change to the uniform must be submitted 1yr in advance...everything from decals to colors logs and i was certain it pertained to color of cleats...its been in numerous sources ..refer to team websites or wikipedia ..

Interesting. Maybe Miami told the NFL they were changing to the black cleats last year.

There are several websites dedicated to professional team sports uniforms...believe it or not...including wikipedia..the only announcement made that i recall was regarding the Jags sublte changes as well as the 49ers..both were discussed last year...

I dont like the black cleats especially on teams with predominantly white in their uniform...

Really? I love the black shoes on the Colts and Jets. Both teams have just one color. Black shoes on any teams looks great. But, one team I don't like it one is the Phins. Black on the Raiders would be nice to see...

I guess watching football most of the 80s and 90s where all the teams worn white has be very close minded...thankfully the Chargers my team where white and the entire AFC West wear white..some teams need to stay with white to be consistent with their uniform...it reminds me of the CFL or high school...
