This is the list I have of all the teams running the 3-4, if I am missing something, let me know.

1. Steelers
2. Ravens
3. Browns
4. Pats (may be switching to 4-3, unconfirmed)
5. Jets
6. Dolphins
7. Chargers
8. Chiefs
9 Raiders (rumored they will be running alot of 3-4 packages)
10. Broncos
11. Cowboys
12. Packers
13. Cards (hybrid, may be slowly transitioning to a traditional 34)
14. 49ers
The Jags have been running a lot of 3-4 looks with Harvey and Groves playing OLB.

The Pats have played almost exclusively 4-3 with Burgess and Banta-Cain playing DE.

If this fixes it, can someone post what the ratios should be for each team. I thought there was a topic, but I looked and did not find one.

Thanks in advance
Nope, increasing the amount of rushing attempts does not increase the amount of rushing td's. Trust me I've tried just about every thing you can try and It simply does not work. You can have a guy get 320 carries for 1250 yards and 1 td. The amount of carries are insignificant. Now if you take AP jack it up to 100 % rush so he gets like 500 carries for 3000 yds, ya than youll probably see about 17 tds or so....

1. Steelers 3-4
2. Ravens 3-4
3. Browns 3-4
4. Pats (may be switching to 4-3, unconfirmed) 3-4

6. Dolphins 3-4

10. Broncos 3-4
11. Cowboys 3-4
12. Packers 3-4
13. Cards (hybrid, may be slowly transitioning to a traditional 34) 3-4
14. 49ers 3-4

These teams are all running base 3-4 schemes with the exception of the Raiders. The Patriots will never change, the Raiders are a pure 4-3 Defense and just because they got Seymour doesn't mean they are now a 3-4. He is making the switch to the DT spot in the 4-3. Jesus Christ, this is basic knowledge. Oh and by the way, what rumors are these? Please give links, cause if its your gay ******** uncle that's not exactly a good source.

Figures that someone who is a Texans fan doesn't know football... What defense do the Texans play? Oh that's right, they don't.

Wow Okay, Buck Degrah- Don't level down to your opponent.
Mario is MVDP- Never Say Never, and watch you post you look like a clown. We are talking about defense. The Raiders did run a few 3-4 sets that I witnessed against the chargers. Therefore it doesnt matter what set you tag the Raiders with, Just make sure their playbook is Multiple D.
