Right on the ball EA

Mailed my Madden into EA because it wouldnt load anymore, and it was still under warranty. Everything else I have for my PS3 works fine. Its been two weeks since they received it, and I still dont have a replacement, or my original game back, or an email telling me something. I guess it takes a lot of time to pop it into a console and check to see if it works or not, and then mail a game back.

don't you go into the store, and they replace it for you? I don't think your supposed to send it to EA.

You can only return it for a trade within a store's trade in policy, which could be anywhere from 15 to 90 days depending on the store.

Re: Right on the ball EA

Read the warranty book, you do not need to call them before sending the game back. Its a game, not a game system. You just need to mail it to them with an explanation of what is happening with it, and a dated copy of the receipt for the game. Also gamestop will not take it back after two weeks, so i was told. I have a tracker #, and they did in fact receive it. They already made their money off of me, so i dont matter anymore.
