Locomotion and Gameplanning

So these are being touted as the two new FEATURES in Madden 11? Wow. I just don't see how this can be so universally accepted. I can game plan (deeply) in 2K5....Why is this a "new" feature....Locomotion is supposed to be a feature??? The way a game "moves" is a feature....Wow. I thought this is something that should be in a football game by now....Am I wrong?

I'm just a tad bit disappointed that these are things being pushed as features for what is supposed to be the BEST NFL game ever.....somehow I feel that is not going to be true.

What are your thoughts on Locomotion and GameFlow/planning.....

happy they are in but not at the expense of no additions to offline franchise.

I couldn't agree more! There should have been something done to enhance that experience....especially with Superstar mode...that has been around since 07 and played virtually the same across the board.

They are years behind, it's well known ..

They better give us more than 2 minute quarter games in a demo, so we can actually take the time to see how much more improved it is ..

It doesn't sound like it's going to be much different than Madden 10 .. sadly ..

Have you played Madden before lol? The way that players move in Madden is BY FAR one of it's biggest issues. They might need the rest of this generation to fix it... if ever.

The gameplan addition may not be of epic proportions, but it is a welcome one.
