Same here. What happened to the throws being affected by getting hit? Hopefully this isn't the way it stays... Not only is it unrealistic but it looks stupid.

Other than that I'm liking what I see.

Its becuz they are most likely playing on Pro.

Re: 4 More Madden NFL 11 Videos (Pastapadre)

How can McNabb standing tall with pressure just fling the ball 40+ yards without any follow through? Let me know the next time you see that in any form of football where a fling of the wrist goes 40+ yards on target across his body lol.

I know McNabb has a good arm but can you honestly say that is realistic?

Look at the 47 second mark and watch how even McNabb and his strong arm has to get momentum and follow through to go deep...

This has been one of my biggest problems with madden since its inception. There is still no real pocket either. I don't think the developers really know what a pocket is or how it forms. After playing 2k5 and APF, it's very difficult to go back to Madden and the ridiculous passing mechanics. It's complete arcade.

Im sure my constant agreement with you is getting old but, that said, I agree.LOL

I cant understand how ANY company or ANY person can claim Madden is a NFL sim game while QBs are still allowed to do the things they can, in this game. It just amazes me to think about, all that could potentially be better about this game, if this was corrected.

Re: 4 More Madden NFL 11 Videos (Pastapadre)

Wonder if they will use these vids to fix the flats...WIIIIde open just about every down...????.

Gus is better than Hammond, but he is still stale and robotic.

The engine ....good lord has it run its course. All these madden vids over the last few days have done is really make me even more sour overall. Locomotion, while a huge announcement, barely effects anything on the field at least from what i can see. But NCAA gave me the same feel until i played the DEMO so who knows?

Overall i have just gotten over this madden exclsive bs, after 20+ yrs, its just hit a wall for me....Baby steps aint cutting it for me anymore.

The saddest part...I will still end up getting it ONLY for that 1 fact....No other NFL game...
