Rename 3com to Candlestick Park. And renovate it. Invite the Giants there preseason and kick some ***.

And maybe get myself a stud RB.

Incidentally, I heard relocating and stadium building are quite difficult - everything needs approval - and maybe won't happen for the first couple of years of a franchise.

Anyone know any different?

I am going to move my Jets into their own stadium in New York. I don't care where in New York as long as it's in New York. I'm going to Win the Super Bowl several times of course and then maybe look at the worst team in the league and rebuild that franchise from the ground up. But most importantly I am just going to have fun.

Yep, I heard the same thing. Can't remeber the article, but someone wrote that they tried to relocate, but it got turned down b/c the city would not approve the stadium in that particular city they wanted to move to. I think EA will make relocating a little difficult so that there is replayability in the game. It'll force you to want to play 5-10 years so you can get enough cash flow to move etc...
