I read somewhere that the better staff you have the more players progress and the faster they'll return from injurys. So does that mean that you'll have to hire team doctors too or what? I wouldn't think so, that seems a little too in depth to me.

I think they mean you can hire a staff consisting of: Head Coach
Offensive Coor.
Defensive Coor.
Special Teams Coach

I would love it to be as indepth as possible. If it could go down to the position coach level then I could have the best D line coach or LB coach. I also wouldn't mind including team doctors, so that I might have fewer injuries and quicker recovery times.
