This is actually one of the fan appreciation days for Los Angeles in this game.

Are there any other weird promotions like this in other cities in the game?

Funny day. When I saw the thread title I was getting all excited b/c I thought I was going to get to lock this thread.

Actually, I think it has much more to do with Los Angeles than relocation.
