Thats where roster updates come into play

Agreed.

And I think the ratings should be fairly modest until the first roster update.

LOL at C. Newton's potential being any less than an A. Dude is the most physically gifted QB in the draft.

Yeah, physically he's the most gifted, but given the fact that system he ran at Auburn, which was a one read and go system, we can't say that his potential should certainly be an A. Honestly, the potential grade should be hidden to the user anyway.

Maybe potential can be user (coach) determined.

One man's Colt McCoy is another man's Peyton Manning.

Too much attention is given to OVR anyway. I think they should stick to ability ratings and SCRAP OVR totally.

LOL at SEA taking a college OG to play OT when he has no foot quickness, is susceptible to the double move, doesn't change directions well at all, and plays standing straight up in pass protection!
These are my type of ratings. I might give or take away a few points here & there but, for the most part they are right on. Stretched ratings, FTW!!

A question on the ratings... Why is Patrick Peterson so much higher than any other prospect? It's not that I completely disagree with it, I just want to hear your take on it and know what makes him so much more superior than the rest. And 1 more question... If players in the end of the first are barely scratching 70, then what are players in the 4th-7th round rated? Thanks
