Mike Vick's Accuracy

Another thing to think about though, even with accuracy around the mid 80's, he's gonna complete a lot of passes. Especially if he's user controlled. And with those receivers it makes successful plays even more likely.

With that kind of speed and arm strength, it would be dangerous to give him too much accuracy. I'm an Eagles fan, so I'm excited about this year's team, but thinking about going up against them is scary.

I think for the moment the ratings (for Vick) give a pretty realistic threat level, but it will take several games to get a proper feel for his performance this year. Can't judge a whole lot on one drive.

Why are we talking about Vick's accuracy specifically? We aren't scared of him are we?

Seriously, PAIN is the equalizer. Hit him enough and he can watch the backup from the sidelines. With DPP, early pressure will have a legitimate effect on performance... So even it he's not injured, he's going to be flustered.

I don't care it his THA is 99,000,000. It won't stop me from trying to make his mama cry.

I am actually looking forward to it. I think I know just how to beat them. Runs up the middle as well as at those pass rushing DE and keep the ball away from the offense. and when they do got the menu, have safety help over the top and try and get pressure with a dominate front 4 since I see a whole bunch of holes in that line. I think this may continue over to the real season too. I fear the Eagles have fallen into the trap of skill players and have forgot the most important aspect of football, the linemen.

Course this is offline cause we all know online isn't realistic at all and requires little to no game planning like you would see in real life.

Yea that Giants 07 D-Line was a force, one of the all time great D-Lines. But yea get pressure on Brady and he falters. But you can say the same for most QBs.

Agreed, most QB's falter under pressure. accuracy under pressure should not determine your regular accuracy ratings. That's what awareness is for. I know it doesn't exactly determine accuracy under pressure, but it's the best way to simulate that. Give him slightly lower awr and raise his acc ratings and he'll be more pin point, but make more mistakes, especially under pressure (which is more realistic).

ACCURACY=64.4 completion rate in 2010 for Brady

Romo has only had 1 year below 62 and it was 61% and he is a career 64% passer, yet he has never had his accuracy in the 90's.
