ea is not letting me register my online pass and i know alot of other people are having this problem and wanted to know if anyone had a solution. The error message i get is "We're sorry but you are not permitted to register an Online Pass which is required to access all online features. For more information, visit easports.com/onlinepass."

Hm, sounds to me like you have a US version of Madden connecting with a european account, probably on PS3?

Had the same problem last year, you need to create an US Account if you're on PS3 and log on with that one.

No problem registering my online pass with that. I always play with the US versions because there is no NCAA and therefore no draft class import on european version of Madden, which plain out sucks

I had the same problem, and contacted ea. The problem was that I bought the game in England but, since i'm portuguese, i was trying to register the game in my portuguese account. So i just had to create an english account, and register the game through it. Fortunately, it let's me still play online with my portuguese account, after the game is registered, you just have to register the game, and use your current ea account, once the game asks you to create an ea account.

Ok, how about this? I have a US account and I bought the game in the US. Same issue

You have to go to account management, then to redeem codes and plug in your reedem code. I just had the same problem
