TBH you can fix the "graphical" issues in about 30 seconds if you know anything about your PS3 or your TV and never have a single issue ever again. Most people simply don't have any issues.

Well I always play as my hometown Browns, and that appears to be one of the teams affected by rain games. Maybe yours isn't.

It's definitely an issue; look at my link above. Pages and pages of people saying the same thing.

But that's besides the point. This thread was asking about the LOS, and it was mentioned it was removed. Just another item that EA takes out with no explanation.....
