No one said anything about curl routes. The post route is tough for me too. It's either picked off or a gain of 25+ yards. If they break off toward the middle of the field, I like to throw it as soon as they make the cut. Post routes to the outside, I usually only lob it if it's a receiver who can grab it over the defense.
