Defensive Assignments Glitch In Franchise Mode

There seems to be a really annoying Defensive Assignments glitch in franchise mode. I had the eagles in franchise mode and I was in the second season. For one game I decided I wanted to see What it was like if LeSean McCoy had 99 speed to see how much of a difference it was from 93(which I think is LOW for him seeing as he outruns so many players in the Nfl). Then when I started my game, I went to make my defensive assignments and there was NO DEFENSIVE ASSIGNMENTS. That as in, in Coaching Options, there was no longer a selection for Defensive Assignments. I tried everything, even changing it back to 93 spd and replaying the game but now I can't select defensive assignments in that particular franchise anymore during a game.

Has anyone else had an Issue like this? And if so could you explain it or give a solution to the problem?

Sorry, no fix that I'm aware of. My suggestion is restart your franchise and set speed threshold to 0 if you want DeSean to fly. I play 0 threshold and guys like that are truly a threat if you let em get out of the box.
