Gentleman,

I notice that a lot of you guys are calling me out because of my playing style. Truthfully, I want to know what about my playing style is so egregious. I have been called out for hot routing and for audibling and for player movement. How is any of this considered "cheating" or "exploits" or "cheese"?

In the NFL, if a QB sees his offense is not in a position to succeed he will audible, he will hot route, etc. to put his offense in a better position to succeed. That's football. That's realistic. I would love to explain and talk strategy with you guys. If you see man, you do this, if you see zone, you do this and so on. It's football 101.

I have asked many of you what makes this "sad" or "unbearable to watch" and I have got any responses.

I haven't come on here to boost or do anything like that. I simply just want to post some videos and play a game that I like - and I am getting bashed for it.

I am not a young kid, I am 24, have a job and play madden when I can at night -hence- "late night gaming" "intimate gaming (lol)" .

The Problem isn't you hot route or audible it is the number of times you do it. The computer gets all funky when you do it so many times it creates them to completly forget players and screws with how the computer reacts. That is also why "good" players shift their lb's and DL around before the snap because it messes with the computer and they don't know who to block.

Real life it is ok because well the players know how to react to it. In Madden doing it too much is glitchy and in turn becomes cheesing because you are taking advantage of the computer.

This is a difference between doing shifts on offense to create an advantage and doing what I was doing. What I was doing didn't "confuse" the defense... I just ran crossing routes and blocked extra people... which is what you want to do against man.

There is cheesing out there that comes when you hike the ball while players are in motion to create an unfair advantage... I did not do that.

I realize this is a game and I do understand your game...You dont understand sim gaming and the things we have to do to stop crap like this by making rules and playing within the spirit of the game. It's not your fault. Madden caters to gamers like you.

I honestly have no clue how people can play this game. It looks completely unnatural. That wasn't football.

I don't think Matt Moore can, but I can. I think there should be more of an out cry as to what my opponent was trying to do, dropping back 20 yards, throwing lob passes and trying to rocket catch... now thats the definition of cheese--- cheese is not recognizing a defense and audibling/hot routing around it. We are just different gamers I guess, I don't play offline, never have and never will. I play online against a human where you constantly have to counter and react.
