Yep thats all I would be asking for just a one off season mode I am knocking CCM that much I am only knocking the fact that they took out things, CCM I am all for it but not at the expense of losing things

Madden 12 was horrible. Surely 13 is better than it.

Yep I do remmeber that and I used to just pick random games I felt like playing it was so much fun knowing I played all those games and created those stats they were not just some random sim stat

that game had Dorsey Levans on the front it was the start of the madden curse had that big build up at the start from the pats packers super bowl

madden 98 and 2003 were my favourites I think I spent the most time on those maddens more then any others.

madden 98 I remember had pat and john in the box (guess what they claim this is a new thing this year!!!) talking about the game and all before it is played i skipped madden 99 because I liked 98 so much.

if someone said to me right now that I can play every game of the year and play it human vs human it would be enough for me to buy the game this year. I can live without editing rosters in fact that saves time off my life!

Re: So much for Unique Stadiums and different Uniforms

If someone can confirm that you can't change away team uniforms in CCM that's a gamebreaker for me. The uniforms are in the game, it would be nearly nothing for them to let us change them so that we can do throw-back game or just whatever wacky uniform combinations we want. In NCAA I purposely schedule teams with cool uniforms for my OOC games and in Madden last year I liked to mess around with the uniforms too, and if they seriously left that out for literally no reason I'm out. I get a lot of the things that got left out, but this one there is no excuse for.

And Jibber's point, however poorly made, is right. I can't do a franchise (well, CCM) with my roommate without having to constantly sign on and off my PS3, since I have the only PS3 in the house. I used to do the same thing with my dad when I lived at home. A lot of people do that with their brothers/dads/friends so it's a big loss to a lot of people. I'm aware that complaining on a message board probably won't change much but to pooh-pooh the complaints away as frivilous ignores the fact that not everybody plays the game the way you do. Not everybody is the only Madden fan in their house. Not everybody's neighbor has the same system as them. Some people really, really enjoyed playing multiplayer franchise on one console, or playing a franchise game against their roommate, and now that's gone, and that impacts a lot of people.

For years Madden was better than NCAA all around and then NCAA caught up in gameplay, and the knock was that Madden had the better customization. You could move teams, set concession prices, all sorts of cool stuff. It's unfathomable to me that in a few years Madden has put some distance back on NCAA in gameplay but could now be a worse game due to customization and leaving out basic options like offline multiplayer dynasty and uniform customization. Unfathomable.

The entirely new commentary team of Nantz and Simms, real-time physics, total control passing, and Connected Careers mode are all features that are all meant to augment the core football experience. You can continue to be dismissive of those, point out ad nauseam the things that EA has left to address, and continue pushing a mindless anti-EA agenda, or you can accept the fact that video games aren't built in a vacuum and give Madden NFL 13 a chance to be a good video game on its own merits.

In my opinion: on paper, Madden NFL 13 as a total package looks to be a mighty leap beyond any football video game that has come before it. I look forward to playing the demo this Tuesday, and the retail on Friday the 24th via Season Ticket.
you are working for EA or smth?

Re: So much for Unique Stadiums and different Uniforms

It's been confirmed there we go

I love the way on the demo video they show all the cool new unfiroms but every uni is in the game this year.. oh really?? should that be 'every game used in 2012 is in the game but you can't use them unless it's your team'

nice EA ncice advertisment feel sorry for everyone who now have to play the vikings with purple pants on the road as its their default uni in madden.

yet another thing taken out of madden that's been confimed we are back in the 90s that is for sure, this whole thing sounds like a beta demo for madden 14 (thats if they are bringing thease thigns back)

yep it's absolutely ridiculous I don't see this going over very well once the guys who don't follow the game very closely get their hands on it, hopefully they can get this patched in after release.
