It's 2012 why is there still position requirements?

I agree that they should allow for you to switch a player's position. If I were playing a Jets season I would put Tebow at the RB position. I remember in Madden 12 my cousin put a WR at the QB position and it was funny the way he threw the ball. I know in College ball especially in D2 and D3 college ball. There were teams that had a WR or a RB play QB because the starting QB was hurt and those players were the teams play makers.
