EA announced it already. It's being added to online CCM tomorrow with the roster update.

Most likely player editing will be in before they move onto madden 14. Patience my young padwan. Focus on the things you can control. EA has said they are looking to get it done and there is nothing that any of us can do to make it faster for them.
