Which Coach Style Is Best?

Motivator - Players interest to sign or resign is higher than usual.

Stratigest - You receive more XP from goals and player stats. Progressing is faster

TeamBuilder - XP & Coach Packages are cheaper.

Motivator is the best at getting players to sign, strategists are the best at receiving XP, and teambuilder is the best when it comes to price of XP & Coach Packages. Not sure what you're asking.

It all depends on what kind of coach you want to be, I picked Strategist cause I like to develop players, but somebody else might like Motivator cause they like build their team with free agents.

When you guys say that for Strategist you get more XP, is that for the coach or the players?

I'm pretty sure every coach starts off the same, but the price of packages very depending on your background.

Motivator - Sign/Resign packages xx% cheaper

Strategist - Player XP increase xx% cheaper

TeamBuilder - scouting increase xx% cheaper


I went with Strategist in the CC league I'm in because I figured if I draft a guy/sign a young guy long term it's better for me to get that positions XP upgrade cheaper because I can use it right away. For me I think we already get enough scouting points and I'd hate to spend XP on a resign package for a SS and still lose out on signing that player come FA.
