It may reappear in later seasons and it may not. There is also another glitch where during the season you will have cap space and then once you finish the season your cap space is in negative or another glitch were you can't resign your own players during the season.

The glitch will disappear once you advance the season, but it may come back the next season or season afterwards, it affects people differently.
