How about the return of dynasty. Connected careers is too short. Once the coach retires its game over. What about the dynasty where coaches retire and you pick who's head coach and the coordinators?

You get 30 seasons in Connected Careers just like in the old Franchise Mode with the ability to continue playing as a new character (in-game or created) if you are fired or have no job offers. I don't see the number of seasons increasing any time soon.

In perspective, if the average first time HC is 45 or so when he is hired and he pulled a Tom Landry (very long-term, one team coach) he'd be 75 by the end of Connected Careers. Seems pretty realistic to me.
