Why can't they make franchise mode great again?

I've never heard so much complaining about tossing a thing that weighs next to nothing across the couch to your friend.

Answer this, when your playing multiple user franchises do you touch or use your controller while your friend is using it? Cause I don't when I do multi-user franchises.

You guys are just bitching to bitch if you can't pass a controller to someone and that's going to make or break the game and the franchise mode for you that's PATHETIC!!

Why not talk about how awesome and how many things go on in the best franchise mode in all sports gaming which is this new CFM!

Yes it is nitpicking, but when a basic feature should be available, and has been for years, and then all of a sudden its gone, people who play on one console will get a little testy.

My friend owns the Xbox, I dont have one. My friend has the giant tv, I dont have one. My friend has the XBOX live, I dont have a registered gamer tag.

This has nothing to do with achievements. Wireless controllers were invented to prevent trip ups and give gamers more freedom.

In the Madden manual it states than in CFM that one USER may control up to 32 teams.

Why not multiple users? That is what I ask. I want to use my own controller, and not share it. I keep my hands clean I dont want Doritos grease all over my controller LOL.

And yes, this change would make it great for me again.

I can live with the small bugs. I can live with what the franchise mode is, but why not a true offline multiplayer franchise mode?

Just a slap in the face for offline gamers.

Sorry EA, but I do have real friends in real life who love to get off work, come home, and play some Madden, and actually enjoy each others company. Not through a damn headset.

Madden was on thin ice before the launch anyways, for leaving out franchise mode in 13. Then all I hear about is "yay franchise mode is back" But oh wait, you left out a really obvious feature, having 2 or more users control the teams.

Its all about the drive to make gamers online, everyone to have a gamertag, to pay for, to upgrade, etc. etc. etc.

Its all a money grab and its BS.

I wish 2k would come back into the NFL.

Again I ask, what happens when going into the game play screen of a 32 User team CFM, can a friend push the second controller over to play the game or is it just a one User CFM at all times?

Yea the commenters who act like there is nothing to complain about completely forget what CCM looked like just last year before everyone b*tched enough to get some of the old features back. That being said I wish "franchise" mode would add new features to create more depth instead of being the same bland experience every year. Madden Share should help a lot this yr tho

The user which the franchise is saved under (Player 1) must always be the team which is owned.

A second controller can be used for the opposing team.

You can not change which controller plays for which team.

also they keep messing up the stats for offlien franchise... AI plays one hour games and it doesnt match with my stats... ****ign EA SUCKS

I can't play a franchise where RGIII is only averaging 3.6 yards a carry. Michael Vick started 4 games so far and has 2 carries for 4 yards. R. Wilson & Kap are also averaging under 4 yards a carry. I think AP is going to gain 2600 yards this season on the ground. That's pretty sad.
