Anyone else have this problem in Franchise after year 2?

After year 2 in my franchise I choose ok to move on to the offseaon then it just redirects me to the bottom skipping all the offseason tasks and it takes me back to the screen where I choose to move on to owner mode offseason then after that I choose to go back into the offseason and it skips player retirements and resignings and it takes me to rookie scouting where it freezes there. A little hard to follow but is anyone else having this problem?
