Madden 25 for Xbox One

Does anyone know if Madden 25 for Xbox One will be the EXACT same game (outside of graphics) that Madden 25 for Xbox 360 is?

In other words, will owner mode be the exact same thing? Will it be as in depth as Xbox 360 owner mode will be?

Also, probably a dumb question and it's probably a big fat NO, but will you be able to use NCAA rosters for draft class on Xbox One?

Madden for Xbox1 should be fully featured meaning you should get the exact same features as current gen. Cam Weber said that during E3.

They also said they found a way to make NCAA draft classes work for next-gen consoles.

But since the game isn't out yet we all just have to wait and see what happens - and with EAs track record of broken features I know I will wait until the game has been out for awhile before deciding if I want to buy it for next gen since I already own the 360 version.
