Xbox online rankings question

Anyone know if there is a way to determine how many people are ranked. For example if I am ranked 10,000 what is that out of? 20,000? 50,000? you get the idea.

Also while in a game how can I see my opponents name, stats etc.?

Also... if an opponent quits on me early in a game, I know he gets the loss... but do i also if the computer then beats me? what if i elect to not play the computer... does that effect my DNF ranting too?
