Why can't I post anything in Dynasties?

My Son in playing franchise with Rangers and Beltre been hurt, now playing in Triple A, but we unable to promote Beltre back to Majors or anyone else up as we have needs. It allows us to demote players, but cannot replace them. What might we be doing wrong to answer his question? Thanks for any help.

Any chance there is a 2014 roster update for mlb 2k13? They shut down 2k share so i am unable to get any updates. With the franchise being discontinued it makes it hard. Hope to hear from someone. Thank you

Use the default roster and got to the transactions page for mlb and you can go back to 14 and make all the moves your self. I know its not what you wanna hear but its the only way. I have a file but idk if its legit cause it didnt seem to work for me. Just use the 2k17 one we got going its awesome!
