Projected Rotation
1. Gil Meche

FYI- 2B is probably closer to being between Bloomquist and Callaspo. Teahen won't play 2nd for us. He'll move around LF, RF, and 3B spelling people for injuries, slumps, etc

Minnesota Twins

P- Scott Baker

1. Denard Span LF
2. Alexi Casilla 2B
3. Joe Mauer C
4. Justin Morneau 1B
5. Joe Crede 3B
6. Michael Cuddyer RF
7. Jason Kubel DH
8. Nick Punto SS
9. Carlos Gomez CF

It's actually pretty hard to say where to put Crede and Cuddyer. I guess it will depend on whos hitting better. I would also think about putting Kubel inbetween Crede and Cuddyer just because it will split up the two right handed hitters.

Re: Opening Day Lineups!

I really have no idea with the Nats lineup. This was my OOTP lineup:

1- Guzman
2- Millege
3- Dunn
4- Zimmerman
5- Dukes
6- Johnson
7-Flores
8-Hernandez

It's actually a pretty good lineup. You have Josh Willingham, Willie Harris, and Ronnie Belliard off the bench. A LOT of potential to be real good.

Rotation:

1- John Lannan
2- Collin Balester
3- Scott Olsen
4- Shawn Hill
5- Jordan Zimmermann

Daniel Cabrera will probably be in there for Zimmermann, but Zimmermann has the potential to be dominant for years.

Bullpen:

CL-Hanrahan
SU- Garrett Mock
Lefty specialist - Mike Hickley
MR- Saul Rivera
MR- Stephen Shell
MR-Marco Estrada
LR-Jason Bergmann

Not very good, to be honest. Biggest weakness.

I like your first five, but I think I'd tweak the rest a little bit. But I would definitely swap Lopez and Gutierrez. Lopez is too good a hitter to be that far down is this lineup. His OBP wasn't great and that will always be an issue, but he did slug .443 as a 2nd baseman. I think the pressure will be easier on Gutierrez to hit further down the lineup as well. We'll see, but it's fun to put together lineups!

1. Ichiro- RF - L
2. Jose Lopez - 2B - R
3. Ken Griffey Jr- DH - L
4. Adrian Beltre- 3B - R
5. Russell Branyan- 1B - L
6. Franklin Gutierrez - CF - R
7. Jeff Clement - C - L
8. Endy Chavez - LF - L
9. Yuniesky Betancourt- SS - R

For the rotation, I think Morrow should slot in the #3 spot. Most likely RRS will be the "#6 starter" via long relief or even AAA, and will be the first guy up if there's an injury (and with Bedard, he might get that call!).

Rotation
1. Felix Hernandez - R
2. Erik Bedard - L
3. Brandon Morrow - R
4. Carlos Silva - R
5. Jarrod Washburn - L

yeah I dont know why I had Lopez in the 8 spot since he batted 2nd pretty much all last year. I agree Morrow should be a starter. but I just have a feeling they are going to stick him as the closer.
