MLB 2K11 info coming tomorrow

True. I'm not really trying to bust 2K's balls. Every company has marketing guys, and they have a job to do. That's why I wasn't really too worked up about any info we were going to get today.

We all know that until we see some in-game video footage followed by impressions from some folks that get to play early copies of the game, we won't really know anything.

I thought the animations in the trailer looked great. The screenshots look fine. I still don't know anything abut how it plays. I liked that they downplayed how much they could really do, and not to expect something like NBA 2K11 becasue they are still trying to solidify their game. That's all I want.

I am cautiously optimistic about this game. Hopefully we will see some videos detailing the changes made to fielding, and also see some articles addressing things like injuries, errors, franchise bugs (hopefully there are no major ones this year) and what's been tweaked in terms of R-stick control.

That doesn't make sense. Why would Ronnie tweet to TrentSouth that there was supposed to be more news today if the trailer had already released yesterday and he said that news was supposed to be this trailer?

This is that kind of stuff that makes me wonder what their marketing team is doing sometimes.

Ronnie said that yesterday that we'd get news today before the trailer was released. Quite a while before actually. Funny thing is it almost seems that he was surprised that the trailer was released yesterday because it was posted here and on Pasta's YouTube channel quite awhile before Ronnie even posted it on Twitter after he already said the info wasn't coming till today. So yeah, either way, their marketing team is as shakey as ever.
