What's the newest transaction? Is Russell Branyan on the Indians? Chan Ho Park on the Yankees?

New transaction I know of is Felipe Lopez to the Cards over the weekend. Did it make it?

Are the rosters updated for offline use? I seen they were updated online, but mine aren't updated for offline play! Can someone help me out? Thanks

You have to save them. Then when you begin the game they will load, or you can load them from the options menu(s).
