yes sir, only moves needed are Yankees/Giants trade and Stauffer on DL this morning for Padres.
For the most part an opening day set, but you clean up those moves tonight.

Does anyone have a list of the players to add back to the 40 man roster after the regular season starts?

Re: Making Lineups Stick...Anyone Doing a Post Spring Roster File?

I'm a bit confused and I need some help here. Is HustlinOwl's 25-man roster ready to play with? If so, do I just sim to the end of spring and start the season? What about the other 15 players - do I have to call them up once the season starts? I'm so lost here and I appreciate any help. I love the OS community for threads like this - they're a lifesaver!

Yes they are ready to go. Just sim/end spring training and all the line-ups and rotations will stick. In order to use them properly you need to use 30 team control so on Opening Day you can add the additional 15 players back on the 40 man roster. Otherwise, the CPU will just call up players as needed because of injuries and they will just call up the highest rated player at that position, I believe.
