He may not be a B potential but at least a C. He will be a great back-up and capable starter someday.

I mean dude throws people out from his knees (Ala Benito Santiago) that can't be D potential...just sayin'.
Sweet, yea...personally I deal with the potential and just mess with ratings in my franchise. I prefer the actual face and career stats etc. But if imfletcher is willing to create a new Sanchez that is great!

I agree that just dealing is nice, to maintain the stats...I will create a version of him and we can either include it or add to player vault independently.

So while we wait for him to finish up, we can get started on these players. Just let me know which players you're going to work on. I don't want us to start anyone that Willard is making for us so we are not doubling up any work.

Let me know if you have any questions.

How about I do position and you do pitchers for the grunt work, then we can swap and review each other and tweak as needed. I personally feel I made super solid rosters for my own purposes, but admittedly for some of the pitchers, I lack the complete pitch selection knowledge.

To be honest, I enjoy working on the position players a lot more than the pitchers. I want to mess around with all the batting stance stuff that is new this year. Last year, Drustrk and I split it up by AAA and AA. Lets do it that way again. On the first page, I have my projected AAA and AA rosters. Obviously, those will change a lot. But for now, lets just split it up that way again. I'll do triple-A and you do double-a. If you don't want to do the pitch types and all that, that's cool with me. I will work with seanjeezy on those because he seems to be the pitch type guru around here. Is that cool?

I will let you know right away when I get the roster from Willard for faces. We really can't start until we receive that from him. Other than those players I listed and any low minor players you may want to add.

I can do pitchers for sure and I"m happy to do AA with you doing AAA.

Sounds great. I had not considered the batting stances/styles change that we get to do now. WEeeee!

I will take AA Richmond
you get AAA Frezno and I suppose add Class A's as they come up?

Cool, yea once we get the the majority of the mandatory players we need to have completed, we'll get started on the remaining spots. If you want to start creating some of the low minor guys, please feel free. They may not all make the final cut, but there is nothing wrong with extras. I just throw them in free agency and use them in later years.

Oh, also...if any player you are creating happens to be a B or A potential...we need to wait before we make those guys. They need to get approved by Knight and the crew and we need to line them up with the appropriate "fake" players we are going to use to edit them. Normally, we just jump into it. But this year, it may take a few days before we kick it into high gear.

I'm thinking our set will be pretty damn solid.

Ok so I can convert face C players to real C players, but B and above needs to wait?
