Is anyone going to keep MLB 09 permanently?

I'm considering it. I'd like to finish a few seasons with this game, but I don't know. Depends on what features/fixes the new one has. It'd be nice if there was a way to transfer a franchise from the previous game to the next game.

Even though I'm deep into another franchise, I anxiously await MLB10's arrival.

I still run a RTTS using MLB 07, a dynasty using MLB 08 and a RTTS using MLB 09.

Ended. Nats didn't make it. I think I finished four out, simmed the playoffs and world series, Boston beat LAD in 5.

Have put the game aside for a few weeks so I can jump back into another season with Knights old time roster and have it feel a little fresh.

When 10 comes out, 09 will be shelved or traded in. I'm a one season man.

I'm with you there Jim. Once 10 comes out 9 is history. Because as we all know 10 with have some new great features.

I will definitely be keeping '09'. If something goes wrong with '10', which we know won't happen. I want to make sure I have this gem in my back pocket.

Hell, I'm still playing 08. Don't I feel like a loser? I'm definitely upgrading to 10 this Spring, though. Damn, I loved 08 so much I skipped 09! Maybe I should get 09? I bet I can get a good price on it!
