no drama in strikeouts or walks in show09

I hope for mlb the show10 the developers took out the camera switch on strikeouts and walks. you know when before strike three or ball four is called and before the ball crosses the plate on swinging or called strike 3 or ball 4 the camera switches. it take the drama and satisfaction of striking someone out or the aggravation of ball 4. I wanna see the ball cross the plate before any camera switches.

There is plenty of physical drama in your chest on those, I will tell you that.

But I know what you mean. having random slight pauses where the ump takes a second to ring you up or say ball four would be cool.

A.K.A. the "Tim McClelland effect."

The OP is actually referring to the cutscene that immediately triggers after a strikeout or walk that shows a front-side closeup of the player in question. From what I understand (and I believe I've seen it in a video), they no longer show that cutscene and everything is now in real-time, strikeouts and all.

yea I saw a player get struck out, and the camera slightly zooms in to catch the batter's reaction to the K, just like on TV..

I'll have to look at that more closely. I love backwards Ks.
