Easiest way and the way I'm doing it is pressing the ps button, then going to pics, capture screenshot and taking pics like that. I'm then uploading them here through my PS3. Takes like 5-10 mins once you get the hang of it.

You can also save them to a flash drive (if you have one) and then upload them onto your computer.
