Hey guys I just have a quick question about the training option.

1. When is it actually implemented does it work through the season is it once a month, week, or what?

2. which training do you guys feel are the most effective to each positions?

3. How often should I change it up?

Training is a complete mystery to me as well, which is why I'll probably just set it initially then set it on Auto and let the computer tweak the training thereafter once I start my franchise.

I keep getting notices on updating my training, but yet I never get any other notices that make me feel as if anything worthy has happened to make me keep taking time to mess with it..... First I figured it was only good fro spring training til I got the inbox notices.
