Traded in MLB 10 the show today... :(

no way i am selling my MLB 10 The Show. i am smack dab in the middle of a Cubbie franchise and having so much fun its ridiculous. i am actually quite determined to finish the season i am in right now before i get MLB 11. right now i am 24-28 with the Cubs and obviously have quite a ways to go but am just loving every single game i play.

and just needed to add- the sole reason i bought a PS3 a couple years back was for one game: MLB The Show. best decision i have ever made in my gaming life. when my regular PS3 died, i rolled out and got a PS3 slim.

I'm not selling mine untill 11 gets closer to the release date. I can't go to much w/o playing the show. That's what I did last year.

It really is a huge rip off. I had a bunch of games i was trading in (about 13-15) and they were going to give me $35 for them. I got $180 on Ebay.

Just sold my copy of 10 for 11 bucks on ebay. It's lame, but at this point, I think you won't get much more.

I'm horrible with stuff like this.....

I still have MLB 05 (no check swing), 06 (omg the freezing glitches), 06 The Show..lol, 07, PS3 07, PS3 08, PS3 09, and yes PS3 10.

I don't know what to do with them.

I'd keep them for nostalgia sake. It cool that you have all the MLB Show games. Do you ever play the old ones just to see how much the game has progressed? I actually traded in all my old Show games when I bought my PS3 and kind of regret it now.

I don't play the old ones mainly because they are similar to the new ones...just with much worse graphics....what I do, do is pop in MLB 05 or 06 for the soundtracks. I loved some of the songs on there, and when I forget what the titles are I pop it back in. I just need to buy those tracks on line, and use it for the custom music thing .

Sony San Diego has imo always had great soundtracks for their sports games, from MLB The Show to NBA The Inside.

Actually that is what got my attention of MLB 05 months before release. They had these GREAT trailers on Gamespot, with the music playing....and it just meshed so well....got me excited to finally buy the series. Before that I used to just play MLB 04 at the Sony Store in San Francisco during my lunch breaks. I was a All Star Baseball gamer 03 and 04 (omg the bugs) back then.
