I had one of my top prospects suffer an injury during the season and now when I advance to the offseason he is retiring due to the injury. He only had 1-2 months left of being injured, I don't want him to retire... Is there any way I can edit the injury to make him healthy, or otherwise stop him from retiring?

Unless you have injuries on manual, not happening. Once you're past a certain point in the season (don't recall where off-hand), retirements are set in stone.

Retirements are set in stone after the Amateur Draft.
