I attached a document that I created to convert inside edge to the Show ratings.

I've played about a 3 months of my season with these ratings and the results are really good all over the league and my team.

The Great players really stand out from the poor players and the K's per game are on the 6-9 range for either team. Plus the pitchers don't all throw the same pitches now. (CJ Wilson throws six pitches and the show has him with 3, even though I can only add 5.)

I play on zone hitting and Allstar level pitching and veteran hitting.
